The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of perfomance, provide CYl986 i

funds, change appropriation number and to incorporate new revised Attachment I.

Therefore, the subject agreement is revised as follows:

The period of perfomance hereunder shall comence on January 1,1983 and shall continue through December 31, 1988, unless sooner teminated or extended, as herein provided."

Article V Consideration and Payment, Paragraphs A.1 and 3 are revised as follows:

The Commission has provided funds to the State in the amount of

$88,450.00 for the three year period of perfonnance, CY1983 through CY1985, in accordance with a through C below. Funds in the amount of $33,400.00 are hereby provided to the State to cover performance for CY1986 in accordance with d below. The Conunission will provide funds subject to the availability,of appropriation to the State in the amount of $71,400.00 during the remaining two year period of performance for CY1987 through CY1988 in accordance with e through f below.
