_ This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated January 15, 1976,

in response to our letter to you da ed December 16, 1975.

l We have no further questions regarding the corrective action taken in regard to the 25 DDR's; however, we remain concerned that the disposition of the DDR's did not clearly identify the effect on the quality of the concrete utilized in Class I Structures, but rather addressed disposition as related to the individual DDR. This question of concrete quality will be pursued during a subsequent inspection.

The date of December 18, 1975 was, as you stated, incorrectly shown and should have been November 18, 1975.
