- 1. 1 am employed by Commonwealth Edison Company as Site Quality Assurance Supervisor at the Braidwood Station.
- 2. My business address is Braidwood Nuclear Power Station, Bracev111e, Illinois 60407.
- 3. I have participated in the preparation of the response to Specific Interrogatory No. 15 flied by Intervenors Rorem, et. al.
This response was submitted in Applicant's Third Partial Response to Intervenor's First Set of Quality Assurance Interrogatories and Request to Produce on August 9, 1985.
In particular, I have responsibility for the sixth paragraph of the response to Spec?fic Interrogatory No. 15.
- 4. To the best of my knowledge and belief, the statements coatained in the sixth paragraph of the response to Specific Interrogatory No. 15 as corrected below in Section 5 are true and correct.
- 5. a.
In the second line of the sixth paragraph of the response change the word " inspection" to " inspector."
b.
Transfer the first sentence in the seventh paragraph of the response to the last sentence of the sixth paragraph of the response.
