Modification No. 2. Task Order No.109, entitled. "RE-DEVELOPMENT OF THE RVID INTO A WINDOWS ENVIRONMENT" under Contract No.
NRC-03-95-026 The purpose of this modification is to add new work in accordance with the attached S0W and increase the task order ceiling amount by $4.010.00, from
$113.024.00 to $117.034.00 and the amount funded in the task order by
$4.000.00. from $113.024.00 to $117.024.00. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified:
Second paragraph. second sentence beginning with " Task Order No.109... "
is deleted and replaced with the following sentence:
"The total cost ceiling is $117.034.00. of which the amount of
$111.751.00 represents the reimbursable costs and the amount of
$5.283.00 represents the fixed fee."
This task order modification obligates additional funds in the amount of
$4.000.00.
