Information Notice on Operator Activities affecting reactivity Gentlemen, I am distributing the draft IN as a courtesy on the above mentioned topic, of which Byron, WNP2, and St. Lucie are highlighted. For each event discussed the cognizant resident inspector is listed as the technical contact. I believe most of you are familiar with the IN in some form or another.
