NOTICE OF VIOLATION LICENSE NO. SNM-1665 EXP. DATE: AUGUST 31, 1981 The remaining two nuclear sources, 10 mei each, on the License No. SNM-1665 are being transferred to our mir.e in Arizona.

We currently have an Arizona license allowing for eight sources and only have four sources on the site at this time.

Therefore, the above mentioned license can be terminated.
