SUBJECT:
HARRIS - ALLEGED CONSTRUCTION DEFICIENCIES I have enclosed a copy of a 12/12/84 memorandum prepared by F. Jape for A. Herdt regarding the alleged construction deficiencies at the Harris Plant. This enclosure details the allegations which were culled out of the Van Vo affidavit during a review of that document by your staff.
I would like to discuss this matter with you at your convenience, parti-cularly in light of a recent inquiry received by B. Jones regarding whether or not these identified allegations need to be reviewed.
This is an important matter in view of the licensing status of the Harris facility.
