Dear Hugh,
My FOIA requesting information relative to the Quality First (Ql) files (category #1) is dated March 1, 1985.
NRR's response to my FOIA indicating there is no information within your department was dated April 4,
1985.
In my meeting with you and Richard Stark on May 9, 1985 in your offices you informed me that.you responded that NRR did not have documents relative to my FOIA-because you had not placed

Mr. Stark on the Wolf Creek Quality First case until April 1, 1985.
Obviously, there is still a blatant discrepancy in NRR's response.
You further indicated that the reports, files an; notes from Mr. Stark's review of the 300 case files within 01, including concerns about William Rudolph's conflict of interest would be made available to me and would not require re-submitting another FOIA to your office.
Consequently, I would appreciate an im-mediate response as well as disclosure of NRR's documents relative to Q1 at Wolf Creek be sent to me.
