Task Order No. 215 entitled, " LICENSING COMPUTER CODE CATALOGUE" under Contract No. NRC-03-95-026 4
In accordance with the Section G.5. Task Order Procedures, of the subject l'
contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 215.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.
Task Order No. 215 shall be effective the date of this letter through July 31,
'1997.
The total cost ceiling is $153,393.00, of which the amount of
$146,402.00 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of $6,991.00 represents the fixed fee.
The task order obligates funds in the amount of $146,000.00. This amount shall not be exceeded until notice is 3rovided to you that additional funds are available.
It is estimated that t11s obligated amount will cover performance of work through June 15, 1997.
