BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - USE OF INCORRECT ADAPTORS ON INSTRUMENTATION LINES - BLRD-50-438/84-35, BLHD-50-439/84 FOURTH INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE -Inspector P. E. Fredrickson on May 10, 1984 in accordance with 10 CPR 50.55(e) as NCR 3102. This was followed by our interim reports dated June 4 and September 21, 1984 and February 25, 1985. Below is our. fourth interim report. We expect to submit our next report on or about October 18, 1985.

Interim Progress TVA has completed a field verification of the subject' adaptors and has determined that in all but three instances the adaptors used are acceptable as-is. The three' exceptions are in system CF (feedwater) and sequence control chart (SCC) 1CF-I401 has been generated for their replacement.

The special stamps to be used.for adaptor schedule identification have not yet been received by the site, so marking the adaptors has not begun.
