FINAL DRAFT STP ON TESTING AND INSPECTION PLANS DURING CONSTRUCTION OF DOE'S REMEDIAL ACTION AT INACTIVE URANIUM MILL TAILING SITES Enclosed is the final draft of the Staff Technical Position (STP) on Testing and Inspection Plans during Construction of DOE's Remedial Action at Inactive Uranium Mill Tailing Sites. The draft incorporates the coments made by Dan Gillen, Ted Johnson and other WM staff members on our preliminary draft of the STP (memo from Greeves to Higginbotham, dated June 7, 1985).
