The Governor's Office of Consumer Services of the State of Illinois requests that copies of the documents listed below be provided pursutat to 5 U.S.C. Section 552.
1.
All documents that were used by, reviewed by, relied upon, or developed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff in the drafting of I&E Bulletin 79-14.
Specifically, this request is not to be limited to drafts of I&E Bulletin 79-14.
It is to also include, but not to be limited to, all instructions from the Commission to the staff, and corre-spondence between the staff and industry sources.
2.
All documents that were used by, reviewed by, relied upon, or developed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff in the drafting of I&E Bulletin 80-11.
Specifically, this request is not to be limited to drafts of I&E Bulletin 80-11.
It is to also include, but not to be limited to, all instructions from the Commission to the staff and corre-spondence between the staff and industry sources.

Section 552 (a)(4)(A) "because furnishing the information can be considered as primarily benefitting the general public." The following facts support this request:
1.
The Governor's Office of Consumer Services is a division of an executive agency of the State of Illinois, created pursuant to Executive Order 79-6.
2.
The Governor's Office of Consumer Services is authorized to intervene on behalf of consumers of the State of Illinois in proceedings before the Illinois Commerce Commission.
3.
These documents will assist the Governor's Office of Consumer Services in its intervention in a number of

proceedings now pending before the Illinois Commerce Commission.
4.
The size of the population potentially benefitted by these documents is approximately four million ratepayers of private electric utility companies in the State of Illinois which own nuclear power facilities in operation or under construction.
