Dear Mr. O'Mealia:
This is in response to your letter dated September 30, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), a copy of SECY-85-56A regarding the Nuclear Plant Reliability Data System (NPRDS).
In a telephone conversation with Natalie Brown of my staff on October 3, 1985, you agreed to narrow the scope of your request to include only the report on the status of the NPRDS which is an attachment to the requested SECY paper. The report is identified on the enclosed appendix and is being placed in the NdC Public Document Room in file folder F01A-85-671 in your name.
