SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-445/96-15:50-446/96-15
Dear Mr. Terry:
An NRC inspection was conducted November 18-22,1996, at your Comanche Peak Steam
Electric Station, Units 1 and 2, reactor facilities. The enclosed report presents the scope
and results of that inspection.
This routine, announced inspection focused upon your radiation protection activities during
the Unit 1 Refueling Outage 1RF05. We determined that you had implemented an effective
radiation protection program to address the radiological challenges encountered during the
refueling outage,

in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter
i
and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
