The purpose of this modification is to require the contractor to purchase the currently leased MV 4000,with accessories for NRC use in the back up system, for a converted DCS.
Therefore make the following changes:
1.
Contractor shall purchase the currently installed MV 4000 with accessories at a price of $35.252.00. No additional G&A or Fee shall be charged for this purchase.
Immediately upon definitization of the purchase, contractor shall (a) revise its contract property records to record the purchase and (b) ensure that the purchased items receive an NRC tag. The procedure to be followed is specified in, " ARTICLE VI - PROPERTY AND SUPPLY PROCEDURES."
