Dear Laurie:
In its Memorandum and Order of June 4, 1985, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board granted Joint Intervenors' Motion to Compel with respect to that part of interrogatory B-47 of the Joint Intervenors' Third Interrogatories that requested production of the " current Operators' Manual for Emergency Action."
The Applicants do not have any document entitled " Operators' Manual for Emergency Action."
Enclosed herewith, however, is a copy of the Emergency Operating Procedures for VEGP.
Those procedures that have been marked as " DRAFT" are in the process of being finalized and could be changed prior to final issuance.
