AFFIDAVIT I Joseph J.

Trwner swear that the statement I am about to give is true to the best of my knowledge.

I sus an attornes in Will County, state of Illinois.

I have in the past wcrked in this capacitu as council for Jack and Martha Moran.

As council for the Morans I represented them in necotiation for the easement rights for a 765kv transmission through their property In 1950 we all talked with Mr. Bob Kinney of the Commenwealth Edison Co.

There are two issues that I would.like to bring to attention at this time that are relevant to those nesctiations::

  • D/dl 1.

At no time did Mr. Kinne9 state, that the construction of the 765kv line was dependent on the construction of two additional nuclear units at Braidwood.

2.

It was defininately the objective of Commonwealth Edison to obtain easements for both a 345kv line and a 765kv line at the same time in 1980.

There was never any discussion of construction being put off until the turn of the century.
