dated June 27,1996 This purpose of this report is to document the technical basis and conclusions of the Byron Unit I top-of-the-tube (TTS) citrumferential indication cycle length assessment. The information inchided in this report was presented to the NRC on June 20,1996. This report documents the technical basis for full cycle operation of Byron Unit I for a period equivalent to the previous operating cycle of 448.5 days above 500 F (Reference).
