Modification No. 2 to Task Order No.104 entitled. " Development of the Steam Generator Database" under NRC-03-95-026 The purpose of this modification is to increase the obligated amount in the task order by $40,000.00, from $160.000.00 to $200.000.00, to incorporate the
" Government Property Clause" by reference into the subject task order, and to list the Government Property to be provided under the subject task order l
Accordingly. the subject task order is hereby modified as follows:
1.
The following section entitled " GOVERNMENT PROPERTY" is added to the task order as follows:
" GOVERNMENT FURNISHED EOUIPMENT/ PROPERTY" The Government will provide the following equipment / property to the Contractor for performance under this contract:
- 1) Personal Compoter with 16 MB memory and at least 400 MB Hard Drive and at least 50 MB free-space on the Hard Drive
- 2) 15" Monitor with the following software:
a.
MS Windows 3.1 b.
ACCESS 2.0" l
i NOTE: FAR "52.245-5 Government Property" is incorporated into the task order by reference.
2.
This task order modification obligates funds in the amount of
$40.000.00. The task order obligates funds in the amount of
$200.000.00.
This amount shall not be exceedou until notice is provided j
to you that additional funds are available.
It is estimated that this obligated amount will cover performance of work through June 27, 1997.
