2/1/78 to Operated at 100% of rated power.

2/2/78 2/3/78 Orderly shutdown for rod sequence exchange and re-pair / inspection of tonis vacuum breakers. Trued up bearing housings and bearings and adjusted end clear-ance on toms to drywell vacuum breakers "B" and

" T". Changed out topworks on "A" relief valve due to leak around strainer plug.

2/4/78 Operated at approximately 100% of rated power, except to for weekend reductions to perform control rod exercising 2/22/78 and valve testing.

2/23/78 Reactor scram due to low condenser vacuum caused by both circulating water pumps tripping from spurious flood protection circuit signal.

2/24/78 to Operated at 100% of rated power.

2/28/78 Spent Fuel Storage Update Fuel assemblies in the core - 484 Fuel assemblies in the spent fuel storage pool - 616 Licensed spent fuel storage pool capacity - 740 Date of last refueling that can be discharged with present capacity -Oct, 1978
