Dear Mr. Hickey:
Enclosed are twenty three copies of the ninth revision to the Environmental Report (ER).
Instructions for making the revisions are detailed in the enclosed Push-Pull Instructions.
These revisions are being made to correspond to the information provided in my letter dated December 30, 1992 concerning radiological impacts of the facility and environmental surpling and monitoring programs for the Claiborne Enrichment Center.
It should be noted that in Table 6.2-1, Liquid / Surface Water.
sample DX1J - Hold-up 3 Ain has been deleted.
This is different from the information provided in my letter dated December 30, 1992.
This deletion is necessary because during facility operation, except during heavy rain, no water is expected in the Hold-up Basin.
This is the only difference between this update and my letter dated December 30, 1992.
