SUBJECT: CORRECTION OF ERRORS IN GRAND GULF INSPECTION REPORT N0. 50-416/85-09
This refers to the subject NRC Inspection Report which was transmitted to you via
our letter of April 25, 1985.
Due to observed administrative errors, it became
necessary to make corrections to report Sections 5, 8 and 9.
Consequently, we
request that you replace existing Inspection Report pages 2, 4 and 5 with the
enclosed corrected pages.
