Your 189 of December 3,19T provided for $90K of FY'83 funding for FIN A3712. Funding in the amount of $80K has been transmitted by our letters of December 30, 1982 ($30K) and January 24, 1983

($50K).

The purpose of this letter is to transmit the remaining

$10K of FY'83 funding for this project.
