Gentlemen:
This is in response to your letter dated September 1,1984 (your reference
- LA 84-76), in,which you requested that License Condition 9.1 be updated to include recently approved changes to your Physical Security Plan.
The enclosure to this letter contains new Safeguards Amendment SG-2 to your License No. SNM-1107 to replace Amendment SG.1 in its entirety.
Your new amendment, which is effective immediately, reflects the following changes:
1.
Condition 2.1 has been revised to incorporate revisions made to your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP) dated December 1, 1984, under the provisions of 70.32(c).
2.
Condition 4.10 has been revised to change the referenced measure.
ment systems from "M-6" and "M-9" to "M-7" and "M-10", respectively, so as to be consistent with your recent FNMCP revisions.

Condition 5.2.1 has been deleted since the desired comitment is now l
clearly stated in your FNMCP.

Condition 5.2 has been revised by deleting the reference to Condition 5.2.1.

Condition 3.4 has been modified so as to be consistent with a recent FNMCP revision.

Condition 9.1 has been changed to incorporate revisions made on September 1, and December 1,1984, and March 1,1985, to your Physical Security Plan under the provisions of 70.32(e).
