Dear Dr. Grace:
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), please~ find attached five (5) copies of Revision 4 to the McGuire Nuclear Station Safeguards Contingency Plan. Revision 4 reflects changes in Station / General Office organizations, definition changes, personnel interactions a: e clarified, events, where applicable, are condensed to eliminate actions addressed in the Station Security Plan, the site layout drawing has been updated, and minor editorial changes. Revision 4 does not decrease the effectiveness of the McGuire Nuclear Station Safeguards Contin-gency Plan.
This material is applicable to security provisions at McGuire Nuclear Station; therefore, Duke requests that this material be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.
