Pursuant to the. requirements of Appendix B, Part II, Nonradiological, Environmental Protection Plan, Section 3.2, a copy of the report to the Michigan Water Resources Commission notifying them of a high concentration of suspended solids in the Steam Generator blowdown on December 23, 1984,'is attached.
This report is required by Amendment No. 54 to Facility Operating l
License No. DPR-58 and Amendment No. 40 to Facility Operating j
License No. DPR-74 dated May 6, 1982.

Dear Mr. Zugger:
A steam generator blowdown sample taken at 1330 hours0.0154 days <br />0.369 hours <br />0.0022 weeks <br />5.06065e-4 months <br />, December 23, 1984, was analyzed and found to have a suspended solids concentration of 1221 ppm which exceeds the daily maximum allowable limit.
The elevated level is most likely the result of draining the number 13 steam generator.
