TYPOGRAPHICAL CORRECTION TO AFFIDAVIT OF THOMAS M. DEVINE There is a typographical error contained in the November 5, 1984 Affidavit of Thomas M. Devine, attached to the Joint In-tervenors' Motion for Protective Order, November 6, 1983.
The
- correct date is July 1984, which coincides with the information provided throughout the rest of both the motions filed by Joint Intervonors.
If the Board requests that Mr. Devine provide a fruther af-fidavit attesting to the typographical error we will do so.
We regret any confusion this may have caused the parties or the Board.
