Description of the-Problem-Tubing fittings which possibly do not meet mininum wall thickness requirements have been identified._ Verification (that minimum wall thickness has not been violated after the performance of grinding) has not been performed as required in Nonconformance and Disposition Report #JC226. The acceptability of the existing wall thickness and the need for corrective action will be evaluated.

A final report will be provided by April 30, 1985.
