Revision 27 to the Plan was transmitted to you in our letter (Serial No. 92 062) dated February 28,1992. These clarifications are provided in response to your letter dated April 6,1992 and the March 30,1992 and May 7,1992 teleconferences between Ms. O. Masnyk of the NRC Region 11 staff and Mr. D. Jenkins of Virginia Power.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
