. COMMONWEALTH EDISON COMPANY SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO INSPECTION REPORT 50-456/84-08 AND 50-457/84-08 ITEMS 50-456/84-08-02 AND 50-457/84-08-02 ITEM OF NONCOMPLIANCE NO. 2 STATUS OF CORRECTIVE ACTION:
Site Quality Assurance has reviewed the sixty-eight (68) deficiencies identified during the forty-four (44) onsite audits in 1980.
The results of that review are as follows:
45 items are believed to adequately address, as part of the audit closecut, the basis for accepting work performed prior to the deficiency being identified.
21 require further review to assure the acceptability of past work since it was not clearly documented.
2 items were the subject of NRC concerns and are being addressed as discussed in the respective responses.
Indications are that many of the 21 items requiring further review have been addressed by inspection programs.
Others require further review of the information before a determination can be made.
With present plans, we expect that the detailed review of information for the 21 items and any necessary corrective action will be completed by February 22, 1985.
