Enclosed for filing with the Commission is Amendment No. 74 to the License Application of Philadelphia Electric Company in the above captioned This Amendment makes formal changes to the Final Safety Analysis matter.
Report as a result of discussions with several Branches of the NRC Staff and commitments previously made to the Staff and to accurately reflect the Limerick design. The Amendment also revises the Baergency Plan in accordance with earlier commitments to the NRC Staff.
