VIRGINIA POWER SURRY P0WER STATION UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 REGULATORY EFFECTIVENESS REVIEW RESPONSE We have reviewed the Regulatory Effectiveness Review conducted at Surry Power Station between September 19-23, 1983 as described in your letter of July 20, 1984.
Enclosed is our response to that review, In Part II, Vital Area Definition, our response addressed several itens of concern. We request a meeting with the appropriate NRC personnel to resolve these items of concern. We will discuss specific arrangements for the meeting with the NRC Surry Project Manager.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
