-Philadelphia Electric Company hereby amends its Application in the above entitled proceedirgs by deleting pages 5-2 through 5-8 from the Physical Security Plan for Limerick Generating Station ("the Plan") and substituting therefor revised pages 5-2 through 5-8 dated September, 1984; by deleting pages 10-2 through 10-8 from the Plan and substituting therefor revised pages 10-2 through 10-9 dated September,1984 and deleting Drawings E-10054-4, E-10055-5, E-10056-5, E-10057-5, E-10058-5, E-10059-5, E-10060-5 and
-substituting therefor drawings E-10054-5, E-10055-6, E--10056-6, E-10057-6, E-10058-6, E-10059-6 and E-10060-6, which are filed herewith and made a part hereof.

Pursuant to Sections 2.790 and 73.21 of the Comission's regulations, it

' disclosure by Applicant in~accordance with Applicant's practice of treating all information dealing with the details of security plans and procedures and information which could be used to conpromise the security and safety of its facilitie's as' confidential and proprietary information.
1 The Revisions to the Plan should be considered by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission as confidential and proprietary information and be withheld from
.public disclosure on the grounds that they contain Safeguards Information, they contain details relating to the physical security plans and procedures of a licensed facility, they contain detailed information which could be used to conpromise the safety and security of' the facility, such disclosure is not -
required'in the public interest,.and such disclosure would adversely affect the interests of Applicant.
