Ietter from Son Q. Ninh (NRC) to James E. Quinn (GE), SIMPLIFIED BOILING WATER REACTOR (SBWR) - PANDA STEADY-STATE TESTS S1 THROUGH S6 PCC PERFORMANCE APPARENT TEST RESULTS, dated August 9,1995.
i In response to Reference 1, GE hereby formally requests the withdrawal of the subject documents and their associated affidavits from the July 1,1993 and October 19,1993 GE to NRC letters. Please return these documents to GE.
Reference 2 requests that GE submit a non-proprietary version of the Paul Scherrer Institut (PSI) Report " PANDA Steady-State Tests S1 Through S6 PCC Performance Apparent Test Results". GE will request a non-proprietary version from PSI, but obtaining this version will require more time than is allotted in Reference 2. Therefore, please allow an additional 90 days (to Dec. 9,1995) for GE to obtain and submit the non-proprietary version of the report, and continue to maintain the existing version as proprietary.
