(RF07 began on April 15, 1995 through June 20, 1995)
Manacement Actio.n:
None Fitness for Duty Initiatives Taken:
A new computer software program "Heidi" was implemented in February of 1995.
This new database has to be updated to correct problems on day to day use.
Overall it meets our requirements.
The annual Fitness for Duty audit was conducted from June 5, 1995 through June 30, 1995.
Yne overall audit results indicated that the Fitness for Duty department met all applicable requirements and is being effectively implemented.
Random testing rate during this period was 24.9%.
Our random drug testing is now 50% yearly.
Effectiveness Evaluation:
The Fitness for Duty section continues to update and revise Fitness for Duty procedures and instructions for any changes, audits, and new information obtained to improve our daily drug free operation; therefore, maintaining NRC regulations and guidelines to our fullest capacity.
Sionifisant Events:
During RF07 in April one For Cause test resulted positive for alcohol.
HRC Reportable Events Pursuant to 10CFR26.73:
During April empty alcoholic containers were found in the protected area.
The incident was investigated with the finding that the containers were not in the possession of anyone at the time of discovery.
