In response to the NRC's Reference I letter, GE formally requests the withdrawal of the proprietary version of the PANDA Audit Report and its associated affidavit. This material was transmitted to the NRC in Reference 2. Please return these documents to GE.
The proprietary version of the PANDA Audit Report will be available for NRC review in GE's San Jose California offices.
