20555 Hot USGS TRIGA Reactor Facility Docket No. 50-274, License R-113 Gentlement This letter is to request an amendment to the licenso and technical specifications for the US Geological Survey TRIGA research reactor facility (GSTR).

Specifically, this request is to add an administrativo audit requiremont for reviews of the facility emergency plan and physical security plan.

This amendment request follows the recommendation of standard ANS-15.1-1990 (6.2.4 (4)) and will fulfill a facility obligation to the Region IV NRC offico.

We request that the amendment be made by adding a step 5 to the Technical Specification Section H (Administrativo.loquirements) on page 10.

The proposed wording for the revised page 10 is included on the attached page.
