By letter dated November 28, 1983 Georgia Power Conpany (GPC) proposed an amendment to the Edwin I. Hatch Units 1 and 2 Technical Specifications (Appendix A to each Operatirg License) which would allow plant operations for up to 30 minutes without forced recirculation flow.
This subnittal referenced the General Electric Conpany (GE) document NEDO-30059, Class I, February 1983, " Power Operation of the Hatch 1 and 2 Reactors Without Forced Recirculation."
GPC had intended to include the GE document as part of the November 28, 1983 submittal, however it was inadvertantly not enclosed.
Therefore, NEDO-30059 is hereb/ enclosed for use by the NBC as part of the review of the above mentioned Technical Specification change proposal.
Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.92, J.
