- 2) Letter to C. W. Giesler (WPSC) from J. A. Hind (NRC) dated November 4, 1983 Attached please find six (6) copies of the recently revised pages to the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant (KNPP) Industrial Security Manual (ISM) and Security Force Training and Qualification Manual (T&QM).
The revisions specifically address your concern regarding the Security Organization at the KNPP as identified in the referenced letters, and also include a recent modification to the security system electrical supply source.
A narrative description of the revisions is provided in Attachment A and the affected pages are included in Attachments B and C.
Wisconsin Public Service Corporation (WPSC) has worked very closely with your staff (Mr. Kers) in developing the attached revisions regarding the Security Organization. We have also expressed our concern regarding the immediate imple-mentation of the revisions. Specifically, the revisions will require substan-tive administrative changes which will require additional time to fully implement. WPSC has thus set March 15, 1984 as a date at which the revisions will be fully implemented.

The attachment to this letter contains Security Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21, and therefore shall not be placed in the public docu-ment rooms.
