Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 St. Lucie Units 14 2 Docket Nos. 50-250, 50-251, 50-335, 50-389 IE Dulletin 83-06' Our letter, L-83-577, dated December 6.1983, provided our initi al response to IE Bulletin 83-06 (Nonconforming materials supplied by Tube-Line Corporatiop Facilities at Long Island City, New York; Houston, Texas; and Carol Strean,-

The purpose of this letter is to supply infonnation which was not available at the time of our initial response.. We have now received a response from the B.F. Shaw Company of Wilmington, Delafare and have found that no additional Tube-Line materials beyond those identified in our initial response were supplied to FPL.
We have also been noti.'ed that no additional Tube-Line materials from the period of concern were obtained by our architect engineers or their sub-tier suppliers for Turkey Point Units 3 & 4 or St. Lucie Units 1 & 2.
The two four-inch elbows in the shield building ventilation systen which were discussed in our initial response will be replaced.
This co:npletes our reponse to the action items of the bulletin.
