PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 C.F.R.
section 2.740a, on Tuesday, September 20, 1983, at 9:00 a.m.,
counsel for Governor George Deukmejian will t'ake the deposition of P.
Kuo of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staf f.
The deposition will take place at the offices of the NRC Staff, Maryland Bank Building, 7735 Old Georgetown Road, Bethesda, Maryland, upon oral examination before a duly certified notary public whose name and address will be determined and communicated at a later time.
The deposition will continue from day to day until completed.
