Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
Please refer to my letter to you dated November 15, 1982, which responded to Inspection Report Nos. 50-259/82-27, -260/82-27,
-296/82-27 for Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant. In our response to Item B of that inspection report we indicated GET training for operators would be completed by December 31, 1983 However, due to inclement weather conditions this training program will not be completed until January 31, 1984. This subject was discussed between Jim Domer of my staff and Ross Butcher of your staff on December 30, 1983 If you have ar.y questions, please call Jim Domer at FTS 858-2725.
