Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Semi-Annual Radioactive Effluent and Release Report Enclosed please find a copy of the subject report (Attachment 1) which is submitted in accordance with Technical Specification Appendix A, Section 6.9.5.1.
Also enclosed is a schedule of changes to the Process Control Program (PCP),
in accordance with Technical Specification Appendix A, Section 6.9.5.2 (Attach-ment II).
A copy of the new PCP procedure is enclosed for your reference.
Technical Specification Appendix A, Section 6.9.5.2 also requires that we send notification of any changes to the Off-Site Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM). Revision 3 of this manual and a schedule of changes are included (Attachment III) with this report.
