The interrogatories to which Applicant objected are the subject of a motion to compel by the Hartsville Group dated July 11, 1983, to which Applicant will respond by August 15, 1983.

Applicant's responses to the Hartsville Group follow-on inter-rogatories are due August 18, 1983, and Staff responses are due August 22, 1983.

It is possible that either Applicant or the Staff may request short extensions of time for answering the follow-on interrogatories.
