APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U.
S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that the Technical Specifications be amended to modify Technical Specification 3.3.3.8 by eliminating action statement c and reducing the total number of channels specified for RVLIS.
The proposed technical specification change is set forth in Attachment A
to this-Application.
A safety analysis and no significant-hazard evaluation are set forth in Attachment B.
Based on the guidance provided by the Commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
WHEREFORE, applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to the Operating License be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
