APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to this license
.be amended to revise our previous submittal by replacing the current OPPS. setpoint with a
new single setpoint and replacing the current OPPS enable temperature.
The proposed Technical Specification change is set forth in Attachment A
to this application.
A safety analysis and no significant hazard evaluation is set forth in Attachment B.
Based on the guidance provided by the Commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to the operating license be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
