Possible recall per 10CFR21, ASCO Catalog No. 302Al264C Transfer Switches Gentlemen:
Please be advised that we are evaluating a possible deviation of seven transfer switches, all of which are located at Con Edison's Indian Point New York generating plant.
We are now in the process of coordinating an access schedule with Con Edison, to permit proper inspection and evaluation.
We will advise you of our findings within sixty (60) days of the date of this letter.
