Please reference F. J. Long's May 17, 1982 letter to H. G. Parris regarding Inspection Report Nos. 50-259/82-13, -2<0/82-13, and -296/82-13 and our response dated June 16, 1982 to Item B.2 of the Notice of Violation.
TVA will be unable to complete all system operating instructions (OIs) by our cennitted date of January 1,1983 This involves a general revision of OIs, and we have completed approximately 70 percent. Revision of OIs will be completed by February 1, 1983 (Supplemental training was completed August 10, 1982.) If you have any questions, please call J. A. Domer at FTS 858-2725.
