CAUSE g NONCOMPLIANCE:
Possible causes of these noncompliances are wastes from Unit 2 Condensate Polishing System regeneration, and a buildup of solids in the discharge tank.

CORRECTIVE ACTION:
A modification has been initiated to provide the option for treatment of these tanks in the wastewater treatment facility.
The modification should be implemented,by February 1983. Further investigation into whether olids are building up in the Discharge Tank is in progress.
