Item I.D.1, DCRDR, and the restart Human Engineering Dicerepancies (HEDs) have been implemented for BFN Unit 2.
Included in these HEDs is NUREG-0137. Item II.K.3.27. Common Referenco Level for Vessel Level Instrumentation. The design has been finalized, modifications completed, procedurer issued and the neccesary trafning completed.
As a result of a uceting on site with the NRC staff TVA committed in Reference 1 to complete nine HEDe prior to Unit 2 restart.
Included in these nine in HED 283, Common Vessel Reference Level.
Reference 2 documents a HED implementation audit, conducted by the NRC staff, in which the nine restart HEDe were determined to be satisfactorily implemented, s.
